From the moment he was born, Jacob Noble fought for every breath.

He lived with cerebral palsy, his lungs routinely failed him and he had a hole in his heart that necessitated surgery. His life seemed, at times, like a series of surgeries and medical appointments. Despite all that, and although he required a wheelchair and wasn’t able to speak, for much of his 16 years, Jacob had a smile on his face.
